NUMB100 LIDOCAINE CREAM 1.35 FL OZ RECALLED DUE TO PACKAGING: CPSC

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Numb100 1.35 fl.oz were not packaged in child-resistant/senior friendly caps that is required by Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). Numb100 contains Lidocaine which poses a risk of poisoning young children if the product is applied to the skin or ingested.

The recall cream is in a white jar with a ribbed rounded cap (side) and a red label stating "Numb100 - Topical Anesthetic Cream" on the front label. The cream was sold in 1.35 fl.oz. with lot numbers printed at the bottom of the jar.

Immediately, consumers should place the recalled Numb100 out of reach of children and contact Clinical Resolution Laboratory Inc.

The product are sold only online at www.Amazon.com with the following lot numbers, 1936, 1990, 2041, and 2144.

Currently, no injuries has been reported in connection with the recalled product.
